Cupping

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which special cups are placed on your skin to create a suction. Cupping increases blood circulation to the area where the cups are placed. This may relieve muscle tension, which can improve overall blood flow and help with pain. Depending on your condition, cups may be moved around or left in place.

Acupressure

Acupressure is a technique similar in principle to acupuncture but without the use of needles. In treatment,  pressure is applied to acupuncture points along the body to stimulate, disperse and balance the flow of energy. It is a massage technique that is beneficial in managing pain.

Ear Acupuncture

Within the ear, there are points that represent specific areas and functions of the body, creating a microsystem that reflects your health. Ear acupuncture involves inserting  needles into specific points on the ear. Ear Acupuncture can be used in addition to body acupuncture and is particularly beneficial for treating many types of addiction and pain
